Run a CQC-ready care service from one place.
Rota, care records, medication, staff files, training and inspection evidence, in one system your whole team can use on a phone. Choose what you need, and make it look and read like your service.
Start with one area, such as training or the rota, and add more as you go.

Home care
Rota, visit clock-in, care notes and medication on the doorstep, with every visit evidenced. Short calls and 24-hour packages too.
Care homes
Care plans, charts, medication rounds, stock and staffing in one place for the whole home.
Supported living and complex care
Person-centred plans, incident reporting and safeguarding with the right notifications, and the skills a shift needs checked before anyone is booked.
Six areas. Use all of them, or only the ones you need.
The same names are in the menu once you sign in, so what you see here is where you will find it.
Care
Plan the week, deliver the visits, keep the record.
- Care plans, daily notes and ready-made care charts, with allergies and other must-know alerts pinned at the top
- Medication round, as-needed doses, stock control and controlled drugs with a witness signature
- Rota with availability, shift swaps and gaps flagged. A shift that needs a skill cannot be given to someone who is not signed off for it
- Visit clock-in and clock-out, switched on per client and per carer, and working offline when there is no signal

Staff
Recruit safely, keep staff records straight.
- Safer-recruitment checklists and document checks
- Right-to-work and DBS tracking with reminders
- Contracts, leave and holiday, supervision and appraisal, HR forms
- Hours for payroll, zero-hours and working-time tools
- Move staff and the people you support over from your old system with a spreadsheet upload

Training
Know who is trained, and prove it.
- Care Certificate and 14 further modules, with assessments
- 48 more topic courses, each with its own certificate and refresh date: fire safety, health and safety, moving and handling, food safety, medication, mental capacity, dementia, safeguarding, infection control, data protection, working in people's homes and more, plus courses for managers. Finishing one updates the training matrix by itself. The first 22 are reviewed by a qualified adviser, and the newest are going through review now
- Training matrix by job role, with renewal dates
- Staff send in certificates; the system reads them for approval
- Skills sign-offs by a senior, with ready-made sets for the kind of service you run
- A how-to course that teaches each person to use the platform for their own job

Safety & quality
Inspection-ready every day, not the week before.
- Ready for inspection view mapped to the CQC fundamental standards
- Incidents, safeguarding and notifications to CQC with a live clock
- Complaints, compliments and duty of candour
- Audits, policies with staff sign-off, and data protection tools

Money
From the visit done to the invoice and the pay run.
- Invoices made from the visits actually done, so nothing is charged twice
- Profit and loss for each care package, to show where you gain or lose
- Staff pay from the hours worked, with a minimum-wage check
- Files for your accounts and payroll software, such as Xero, QuickBooks, Sage 50 and Zoho Books. They are files you load in, not a live link
- Expenses with a photo of the receipt, and a safe record of money held for people

Care records are sensitive. It is built that way.
Your organisation is walled off
Every organisation’s records are separated in the database itself, not just hidden on screen. Staff in one service can never see another’s.
Two-step sign-in for managers
Managers sign in with a code from an authenticator app as well as a password.
Who looked, recorded
Opening sensitive records such as right-to-work documents is logged, so you can answer who saw what.
Keep it, then let it go
Tools for keeping and deleting records follow UK guidance for each kind of record, with managed deletion and a data-subject export.
Checked every time we change it
A repeatable security check tries to break in as an outsider, a colleague and another company before each release.
Evidence, not promises
A customer information pack drafts your privacy notices and records of processing. A data protection adviser should review it before you rely on it.
Pay for the people you support and the areas you use.
Tell us the size of your service and which areas you want, and we will send a clear quote. No long procurement, and you can start with one area.
Questions we get asked
Does CQC approve care software?
No. CQC does not approve or endorse software. What it looks for is evidence that you are safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led. The Ready for inspection view maps what you record to the fundamental standards so you can see the evidence and the gaps.
Do my care workers need to install an app?
No. It works in the phone’s browser, and can be added to the home screen so it opens like an app.
We don’t need everything. Can we switch parts off?
Yes. Each organisation chooses which areas it uses. Switched-off areas disappear from menus and home screens, and nothing is deleted if you switch one back on.
Can we use our own wording and branding?
Yes: your name, logo, colour, welcome message, and your own words for the people you support and your staff.
Is it only for England?
It is built around CQC regulation in England. Services in Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland are regulated differently; ask us before assuming it fits.
See it with your own service in mind.
